In order to best support our clients, we ask that you complete the form below. Myself or one of our support staff will review your question and either issue your a solution via email, request additional information or contact you if needed. If your issue is one that can best be resolved one-to-one with our support staff we will contact you via phone, or Skype to arrange a time that you are available. We have found that the majority of issues can be easily resolved by email. When filling out the form, please answer each questions to the best of your ability as it will greatly increase the chance we can provide you a solution in the least amount of time.
In an effort to save everyone’s time, and reach a resolution as quickly as possible we do require that you let us know what steps you have already tried to resolve the problem. This significantly helps reduce the frustration if we know what you have already tried and the results. The more information you provide us, the better and faster we can help you.
Notes: We strongly request the use of Skype for support resolution. This frees both our support staff and you from needing to manage a phone while working. If you don’t already have Skype we recommend you install it on your WordPress computer. Skype is Free to download and install (www.skype.com) and is a Free service when both parties are using Skype. A camera is not necessary for you to use Skype. You will need either speakers and a microphone or a headset (wired or Bluetooth). We will be glad to assist you getting your Skype operational.
